Bounce is a Product of Infinitely People Limited which is free to join and the perfect place to search and find employment or search to find job seekers.

Definitions

In this Disclaimer

• "we" "us" "our" means Infinitely People Limited;
• "Product" and "Products" means and Infinitely People’s product Bounce (including the Bounce website, mobile app and in-app browser) and any other features, apps, technologies, software, products, or services offered by Infinitely People Limited in connection with Bounce
• "Use of the products" and "Use the products" means accessing, browsing or registering to use our Products in whatever manner;
• "Terms of Use", "Terms and Conditions of Use" means the Terms and Conditions of Use policy of Infinitely People Products;
• "Terms of Business" means our terms of business which can be found at Terms of Business policy;
• "Privacy Policy" means our privacy policy which can be found at Privacy Policy;
• "Cookies Policy" means our cookies policy which can be found at Cookies Policy;
• "Materials" or "Content" means information, data, profiles, cv’s, selection and assessment solutions, performance management solutions, surveys and questionnaires or any human capital products provided by us;
• "Virtual Currency" means Infinitely People’s non-physical “virtual currency” including but not limited to Bounce Bucks which is needed to purchase Premium Services in relation to the Infinitely People Product – Bounce
• "Premium Services" means any of our online, virtual paid for services including but not limited to "Promote Myself" and "Lets Connect"

General Information

• These Terms of Business, together with the documents referred to herein, explain the Terms of Business which apply to any purchases you make on or through Infinitely People’s Product Bounce
• Please ensure you read these Terms of Business carefully before you purchase any of our Services or Goods.
• By choosing to purchase the Services and/or Goods offered by Infinitely People Product Bounce you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Business policy outlined below and our Terms and Conditions of Use policy and Privacy Policy, whether you are purchasing them as a visitor or registered user. If you do not agree with the policies you should not purchase any of Infinitely People’s Products, Services or Goods.

Virtual Currency

Infinitely People offers you the opportunity to pay for certain virtual services (“Premium Services”) offered on our Products websites and/or applications. In relation to Bounce in order to purchase any of the Premium Services offered, you would first need to purchase our “Virtual Currency” including but not limited to our Bounce Bucks.

• Bounce Bucks are a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use “Virtual Currency” in order to purchase our Premium Services.
• Any Virtual Currency balance shown in your account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any stored value, but instead constitutes a measurement of the extent of your license.
• Virtual Currency does not incur fees for non-use.
• The license granted to you in Virtual Currency will terminate;
  • in accordance with the terms of this Agreement,
  • when Infinitely People ceases providing the services or
  • when your account is otherwise closed or terminated.

Infinitely People, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to charge fees for the right to access or use our Virtual Currency and/or may distribute Virtual Currency with or without charge. Infinitely People may also manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Currency at any time and shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that we exercise any such rights.

Virtual Currency may only be redeemed through the Bounce product. All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Currency made through the Bounce product are final and non-refundable.

Paid for Premium Services

Upon acquiring Bounce Bucks (our Virtual Currency) users may use these to activate some of our paid for Premium Services. If you purchase any Bounce Bucks in order to use any of our paid for Services (“Premium Services”), you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid services and cancellation of your Bounce Bucks. You also agree that:

• Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).
• All of your purchases of Premium Services are subject to Job Squads refund terms and conditions (see below)
• We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.

You can get a copy of your invoice through your wallet.

Pricing

Infinitely People operates a global business and provides services to different communities and countries around the world. Our pricing structure may vary by country, region, bundle size, recent in-app promotions and other factors. We may test new features and price points to provide users with increased functionality and payment options should they choose to use them.

Transferring Virtual Currency or Virtual Services

If you elect to partake in the purchase of either our Virtual Currency or Premium Services as a job seeker or employer, you agree to use these services for yourself. Infinitely People will only honour Bounce Bucks and Premium Services to you if you were the person to whom the Virtual Currency and/or Premium Services were issued. You therefore agree not to transfer (for free or as a sale) to or purchase, or sell such services to other Infinitely People users. Infinitely People reserves the right not to honour any transactions for Bounce Bucks or Premium Services where you have attempted to transfer those services to another user or you have attempted to buy or acquire them from another user.

Expiration of Virtual Currency

Our Virtual Currency (including but not limited to Bounce Bucks) do not last forever. Our Virtual Currency expires 6 months after the date they were purchased if they have not all been utilised. We reserve the right to expire any unused Virtual Currency. If you receive free or promotional Virtual Currency, we may expire them at any time. If you delete your account or if your account is terminated by us due to breach of our Terms and Conditions of Use, you will lose any accumulated Virtual Currency. Virtual Currency is not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from us unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Expiration of Premium Services

Our Premium Services (including but not limited to “Promote” me and “Lets Connect”) do not last forever. Our Premium Services expire in accordance with the timeframe or stipulation provided in relation to validity when you purchase them. (For example 1 bounce buck may entitle you to make contact with 1 individual job seeker). We reserve the right to expire any unused Premium Services. If you receive free or promotional Premium Services, we may expire them at any time. If you delete your account or if your account is terminated by us due to breach of our Terms and Conditions of Use, you will lose any accumulated Premium Services. Premium Services are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from us unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds

All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Currency and Premium Services are final and non-refundable.

The provision of our Virtual Currency and Premium Services commence immediately upon the acceptance of your purchase of such as service. You agree that Infinitely People is not required to provide a refund in respect of the Virtual Currency and/or Premium Services for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Currency and/or Premium Services when an account is closed (voluntarily or involuntarily).

Once order processing has begun (for your Virtual Currency and/or Premium Services) with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that you will thereby lose your right of cancellation the purchase is final and non-refundable.
